What you cover, in rotation

The group works through these in order and then begins again on fresh ground. Join at whatever stage it is on — nothing here assumes you were there for the last one, and nothing runs out — or drop in for a single session if that is all you can manage.

  1. Stage 1Pelvic Floor & Diaphragm Connection, Postural Realignment
    • Coordinating the respiratory diaphragm with the pelvic floor.
    • Relieving lower back strain from anterior pelvic tilt.
    • Gentle cat-cow and side-lying spinal mobility.
  2. Stage 2Hip Opening, SI Joint Stability & Glute Activation
    • Asymmetric pelvic stabilisation to prevent SI joint pain.
    • Supported squats, wall sits and quadruped hip circles.
    • Birth balls and bolsters for restorative resting positions.
  3. Stage 3Stamina, Upper Back Release & Ribcage Expansion
    • Resistance band rowing and posture reinforcement for carrying weight.
    • Lateral ribcage breathing to expand lung capacity against fetal pressure.
    • Partner stretching and light myofascial release.
  4. Stage 4Labor Movement Positions & Relaxation Reflexes
    • Hands-and-knees sway, forward-leaning hip circles and curb walking.
    • Progressive muscle relaxation and vocal tonification for coping.
    • A motherhood circle, tea, and local resource sharing.

4 sessions in the cycle, then it begins again on new ground.
