The agreements
Everything Livabit, Inc. asks you to agree to, in one place and in plain English at the top of each one. Each document says who it is for, when it took effect, and whether it is something you read, accept or sign.
Terms of Service
Livabit, Inc. introduces you to independent operators and handles the booking and the payment. The operator runs the journey — they decide whether it goes ahead, and they are responsible for how it is run.
Privacy Policy
We collect what a booking needs and what the law requires us to keep, and not much else.
Participant Waiver, Release and Assumption of Risk
This is the serious one, and it is worth actually reading. By signing it you accept that the activity carries risk, including risk of serious injury, and you agree not to sue the operator or us if that risk materialises.
Operator Agreement
You run your business; we introduce guests and handle the payment. Nothing here makes you our employee or gives us a say in how you run a trip.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Cancel more than 7 days out and you get everything back. Inside 48 hours, you do not — the operator has already turned away the seat.
