What you cover, in rotation

The group works through these in order and then begins again on fresh ground. Join at whatever stage it is on — nothing here assumes you were there for the last one, and nothing runs out — or drop in for a single session if that is all you can manage.

  1. Stage 1Birth Debriefing, Matrescence & Physical Healing
    • The physiological transition of matrescence.
    • Sharing birth stories in a protected circle, and validating every version of them.
    • Pelvic floor rest, nourishment, and the realities of physical recovery.
  2. Stage 2Newborn Rhythms, Infant Sleep & Soothing Cues
    • Infant sleep biology: wake windows against circadian rhythms.
    • The five S's soothing methodology.
    • Feeding support — latch troubleshooting, bottle feeding and combination feeding.
  3. Stage 3Relationships, Invisible Load & Setting Boundaries
    • Partnership shifts after a baby, and dividing the mental load.
    • Communicating boundaries with extended family and visitors.
    • Postpartum anxiety and mood adjustment awareness.
  4. Stage 4Identity Rediscovery & Building the Ongoing Village
    • Reconciling a pre-baby identity with motherhood.
    • Building a durable local support network and emergency meal contacts.
    • A closing celebration with postpartum teas and keepsake tokens.

4 sessions in the cycle, then it begins again on new ground.
