What you leave with

A five-minute daily desk antidote routine you will actually keep doing

Formulated for remote workers and engineers. Reversing postural compensation, relieving neck and shoulder tension, restoring hip extension, and rebuilding functional core bracing.

This is not physiotherapy and says so on its own face. Something that properly hurts wants somebody qualified rather than a group class.

What makes this one worth it

  • Cervical Spine, Forward Head & Upper Trap Decompression
  • Hip Flexor Lengthening & Glute Amnesia Reversal
  • Scapular Retraction & Thoracic Rotation
  • Daily Micro-Break Routine & Standing Alignment

What is included

  • All 4 sessions of the 4-week cohort — 4 hours of instruction

  • Your instructor, and their attention in a group this size

What you cover, in rotation

The group works through these in order and then begins again on fresh ground. Join at whatever stage it is on — nothing here assumes you were there for the last one, and nothing runs out — or drop in for a single session if that is all you can manage.

  1. Stage 1Cervical Spine, Forward Head & Upper Trap Decompression
    • Chin tucks, deep neck flexor activation and levator scapulae release.
    • Thoracic extension on foam rollers and peanut lacrosse balls.
    • Breaking out of shallow chest breathing into 360-degree expansion.
  2. Stage 2Hip Flexor Lengthening & Glute Amnesia Reversal
    • Decompressing psoas and rectus femoris from prolonged sitting.
    • True glute bridge activation without arching the lower back.
    • The 90/90 sequence for internal and external hip rotation.
  3. Stage 3Scapular Retraction & Thoracic Rotation
    • Wall slides, Y-T-W burnouts and band pull-aparts for the mid-back.
    • Open book and thread-the-needle rotation flows.
    • Wrist and forearm relief for keyboard and mouse strain.
  4. Stage 4Daily Micro-Break Routine & Standing Alignment
    • Assembling a five-minute daily desk antidote to use during the workday.
    • Ergonomic sitting against standing desk transitions.
    • A full flow linking spinal waves, deep squats and hanging decompression.

4 sessions in the cycle, then it begins again on new ground.
