What you cover, in rotation

The group works through these in order and then begins again on fresh ground. Join at whatever stage it is on — nothing here assumes you were there for the last one, and nothing runs out — or drop in for a single session if that is all you can manage.

    • The footwork series for ankle stability and knee alignment.
    • The Hundred: pumping arms, hollow-body pelvis and lateral rib breathing.
  2. Stage 2Spinal Articulation & Midback Work
    • Feet in Straps: circles, frogs and hamstring stretches with spring assistance.
    • Short Spine Massage: rolling up and articulating down vertebra by vertebra.
    • Arm pulling straps for scapular stabilisation.
  3. Stage 3Long Box, Short Box & Lateral Torso Strength
    • Short Box: round back, flat back, side-to-side and tree climb.
    • Long Box pulling straps I and II for the posterior chain.
    • Stomach massage: round, flat, reach and twist.
  4. Stage 4Elephant, Knee Stretches & Flowing Sequence
    • Elephant and Knee Stretch series for abdominal scooping.
    • Linking transitions into a seamless 45-minute classical flow.
