What you cover, in rotation

The group works through these in order and then begins again on fresh ground. Join at whatever stage it is on — nothing here assumes you were there for the last one, and nothing runs out — or drop in for a single session if that is all you can manage.

  1. Stage 1Light, Shadow & Visual Contrast
    • High-contrast black, white and primary colour silks, and shadow play.
    • Tracking movement, overhead bubble play and visual focus games.
    • Gentle rhythmic lullabies and caregiver voice bonding.
  2. Stage 2Natural Textures, Organic Touch & Tactile Trays
    • Polished river stones, dried lavender bundles and wooden rings.
    • Barefoot grass grounding and sensory tactile mats.
    • Calming infant massage strokes for tummy and legs.
  3. Stage 3Acoustic Melodies, Percussion & Rhythm
    • Live acoustic guitar, kalimba and wooden shaker rhythm circles.
    • Call-and-response vocal games encouraging babbling and phoneme mimicry.
    • Gentle rocking and balance stimulation on movement balls.
  4. Stage 4Splash, Water Play & Sensory Graduation
    • Tepid water splash trays with floating citrus and botanical leaves.
    • Parachute canopy games with sunlight through pastel silks.
