What you leave with

A take-home heirloom produce basket and a round of cheese you made from milk you drew

Hands-on agritourism on a living farm. Compost biology, humane goat care, small-batch cheesemaking and seasonal harvesting — the actual work, in the order the farm does it.

Session two includes milking, and session three turns that morning's milk into chèvre. The connection between the two is the entire argument of the experience.

What you cover, in rotation

The group works through these in order and then begins again on fresh ground. Join at whatever stage it is on — nothing here assumes you were there for the last one, and nothing runs out — or drop in for a single session if that is all you can manage.
