Market-to-Table Oaxacan Gastronomy & Mole Craft
Nixtamal on a stone metate, tortillas on a clay comal, and a thirty-ingredient mole negro built from scratch.
Hosted by The Potion Fairy
If you want a shelf of herbal drinks you made yourself, and to know exactly what is in them and that they are safe with what you already take, this is for you.
Shop-bought tonics cost a lot for a small bottle. The advice online is a mess of claims, and almost none of it says how an herb sits with the medicines in your cupboard.
Dr. Jet is a licensed pharmacist and an herbalist. She picks every herb, checks it against common medications, and shows you each step before you do it.
You make your first drink on your first night and take the jar home. Every herb, jar and bottle is laid out for you, and you need no experience. Each week adds one seasonal recipe and one apothecary skill, until your shelf holds a tea blend, a tincture, a salve and a jar of fire cider you made yourself.
Groups are capped at 15, so she can check every jar.
