Dre Cortez has been pulling people up on a board at Lake Perris since 2016 — first for friends who asked, then for their friends, and eventually for enough strangers that it needed a licence and an insurer.
There is one boat and one driver, so a session is yours rather than a slot in a queue. The mornings exist because the lake is glass until the wind gets up around ten, and a beginner's first hour is a great deal shorter on water that is not fighting them.
