    Application received

    A real person reads every one of these. We reply either way, including when the answer is no — and if it is no, we tell you why.

    We come out with you

    We take the experience as a paying-style guest before we list it. If it is not something we would send a friend on, we say so and part as friends.

    We check your paperwork

    Licence, insurance certificate, safety record and any permits. This is the part that protects both of us, and it is not negotiable.

  4. 4

    We build the listing

    Photography, video, written copy and pricing presentation, at our cost. You review and approve everything before it goes live, and you own the photos we take of your operation.

  5. 5

    You go live

    Your listing opens, requests start arriving qualified, and your dashboard switches on. Commission is agreed in writing before any of this — and only ever on trips that actually run.
