Grano e Fuoco

About Grano e Fuoco · Arts District, Los Angeles

Nico Bellandi cooked in Bologna and then in three Los Angeles kitchens before deciding the part he actually liked was the teaching. Grano e Fuoco is a bench, a wood oven and twelve places.

The pasta night ends with everybody eating what they made, at one table, with the wine that was already open while they worked. The sourdough workshop runs over video because a starter takes a fortnight and nobody should have to drive to the Arts District twice for it.
